Here are the ways we can service your mobility equipment:

  • Assess and diagnose specific issues with equipment

  • Complete diagnostic of your entire unit to confirm that all components are functioning properly

  • Battery test and life estimate

  • Cleaning and disinfecting equipment

  • Make any comfort adjustments necessary (armrest height, seat width, etc.)

Interested in Hosting an Equipment Repair Clinic at your local Retirement Living or Senior Care Center?

Repair Clinics are a great way to have residents get their mobility equipment assessed and/or repaired at a discounted price.

Cleaning, Battery Change, & Minor repairs are done same day!

If any parts are needed, an estimate will be given and the parts will be ordered to complete the repair as soon as they arrive.

Fee: $50 per participant:

  • Fee includes: Equipment assessment, adjustments, cleaning, minor repairs, and estimates for additional work needed.

  • Estimates are provided for additional work.

  • Additional work may be needed if parts are ordered for repair completion. We will schedule a return service visit in these cases.

  • The regular $175 Service Call fee is waived for return visit for repair work completion.

$25/15 minute labor is charged for additional repair work. This will be included in the repair estimate.
