WARRANTY:

WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND OFFER A LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE/SERVICE. IF THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN WORKMANSHIP WITHIN THIS PERIOD, WE WILL REPAIR FREE OF CHARGE.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITH YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE.


RETURN POLICY:

WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, YOU MAY RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES.


RESTOCKING FEE:

IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN A PRODUCT, A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% WILL BE APPLIED TO COVER THE COST OF PROCESSING THE RETURN. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE MADE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY CRITERIA.
